🍋🍪 Important Update: Teacher Appreciation Event Rescheduled 🍋🍪

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,

We hope this message finds you well. Due to the impending storm forecasted for Wednesday, August 30th, we have made the decision to reschedule our much-anticipated Teacher Appreciation Event to the following day, Thursday, August 31st. The safety of our teachers and staff is our top priority, and we want to ensure a delightful and memorable experience for everyone.

The Teacher Appreciation Event is our monthly opportunity to express gratitude to our dedicated educators and staff members. This month's theme, "You make learning so easy peasy lemon squeezy!" embodies the wonderful simplicity and zest for teaching that our educators bring to our students' lives each day.

We're excited to announce that we will be setting up a charming lemonade bar, where our esteemed teachers can concoct their own unique lemonade flavors. With an array of blended fruits, syrups, and chopped fruits at their disposal, creativity will flow as freely as the lemonade itself! To complement the refreshing lemonade experience, we'll also be serving a variety of cookies—a sweet treat to match the enthusiasm and energy that our teachers infuse into their classrooms.

Your participation in this event is warmly encouraged. If you're able and willing to contribute, we're currently accepting donations of jugs of lemonade or boxes of cookies. Your generosity will play a significant role in making this event a true celebration of our incredible teaching community. Donated items can be dropped off at the school by tomorrow, so we can make the necessary preparations to ensure Thursday's event is a resounding success.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this rescheduling, and we sincerely hope that this change will allow everyone to fully enjoy and participate in our Teacher Appreciation Event. Let's come together to show our teachers and staff the appreciation they truly deserve for their hard work, dedication, and the positive impact they make on our students' lives.

Thank you for your understanding,

Crooked River PODS
